TC Undertaking

I, Parent of ___________ of Class ___________, session 2022-23 will furnish Transfer Certificate (original) of my ward, within 15 days of joining the session.

In case of non submission, school has an authority to cancel the admission of my ward.

Note: For Class II and above, Transfer certificate in original is mandatory to submit. In case of Inter State Student, the transfer certificate should be counter signed by the educational officer.

 
 
 

1. A self-attested copy of birth certificate of the child along with original for verification. The certificate issued by Municipal Corporation only is valid.
2. One Passport Size Photograph of Father, Mother and the child is mandatory.
3. Transfer Certificate of current school (compulsory for admission to classes II onwards). TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
4. A copy of previous year report card / mid-term report card.
